After 5 years, Bleeding are back stronger than ever, with a new album. The concept behind "Universe 25" is dealing with the famous/infamous behavioral experiment of the same name, conducted by scientist John B. Calhoun. Though split up in 14 pieces, the album should be digested as a whole, a sonic journey to the realms of beavioral degradation and the question, how much of a mouse is in a man. Is the experiment from back then still relevant for us today? On the musical side, Bleeding have kept their trademark thrashy and proggy elements, while adding up on the atmospherical side, to provide an entertaining listening pleasure throughout the entire album.

BLEEDING raised some fury in the underground, when they self-released their EP ‘Bleeding’ in 2012 and their full debut ‘Behind transparent walls’ in 2015, presenting their unique mix of prog, thrash and power metal. The second full length 'Elementum' followed in 2017.

At October 1st 2022 'universe 25', the new full length album will be released!!

Trauma

Having recently become more familiar with the work of Anacrusis, I had extremely high expectations for this release. I needn't have any worries about "Trauma." This is metal of the highest quality across over 75 minutes, everything essential. It almost reminds me of how records used to come out in the early 90s - well-written, well-produced, well-played and well-constructed. I'll be coming back to this "well" for years lol. Be on the lookout for a physical release from Divebomb Records in 2022! bcb723

I've loved Katsionis's work since his days with Firewind. His Stray Gods album was a little too Miaden-sounding for me, but this album does the Queensryche/Fates Warning thing right. You can hear an influence, but it is its own entity that can stand alone and should be promoted more because everyone deserves to hear this! ewilt15

The album is described by the band as "the vision of doom metal as dark, heavy, and atmospheric genre with strong traditional metal influence". Elusive God do serve the description quite well!
